School Fee

  • Fr. Agnel Central School is an unaided school and receives no grant from the Government or its agencies, nor accepts donations against admissions.
  • Fr. Agnel Central School has an approved fee schedule for its students.
  • The School fee schedule is decided by the School authorities.
  • Fees can also be paid for entire year at the parent's request.
  • An Annual Fee Certificate receipt for fees and other charges will be given at the end of the academic year after all payments and dues are made to the School.
  • Transfer Certificates or Leaving Certificate will not be issued until all outstanding amounts are cleared.
  • If any student leaves before completing the academic year, all dues/ fees will have to be paid before the leaving certificate is issued.
  • Students for whom seats have been reserved but who return or join after the notified day of opening of school or who return late will in no case be entitled to remission of fees. Joining school late results in general hindrance to the work and discipline of the school.
  • All appropriate fees must be cleared before a student is permitted to sit for the test/final examination.
  • Students for whom fees have not been paid in full will not be permitted to join the school or continue on the rolls of the school for the next academic year.
  • Full fees will be charged to students who are withdrawing during the academic year. Since seats vacated during academic year mean a financial loss, this rule will be strictly enforced in all classes.
  • No remission in fees will be made for a child withdrawn during the academic year or who is absent with or without permission for any reason.


Payment of Fees


  • The Tuition fees are to be paid for the full year (i.e. 12 months). The fees will be collected quarterly.
  • All fees must be paid as per the above schedule, at Bank of Baroda, Pilar Branch/ Union Bank of India, Agassaim Branch.
  • A printed fee bank pay slip will be given by the class teacher. Those who do not pay their fees by I 0th of the month are liable to a surcharge of Rs. 5/- for each day of delayed payment.
  • Fees once paid will not be refunded.
  • Delay in payment beyond one month from the due date renders a pupil liable to be struck off the roll.
  • Pupils will not be allowed to appear for the examinations if the fees are not paid.
